GOD is AMAZING

As I stated before and those of you know- know already that God is amazing. I say that because he's showed me love in so many ways - each and every day. But, as one day stands out and will always the day I saw my mother again.

Now, I don't know if you believe or not, that I experienced what I did or saw what I saw but, I know that I did and it was no made up nonsense as I have lots of things I could be doing but, I share my story with you as I open my heart unto the world for the Glory of God's grace and his forever love and promises he gives and has given to me in my life time.

Months, later after my Mother died, I continued to read my bible and because I wanted to keep the promise I made to myself and to the Lord that I would read his words. My understanding is that because I kept my heart open to the Lord - he allowed Jesus to make an exception to the rules - as I have learned that through death all of your wants and desires buried deep within your heart will come to pass as God is that merciful.

I never told a soul what I told my Mom that evening on the phone she was in the hospital. Of course I shared with my husband and children that Mom and I had a long talk right before we went there and it seemed like it was a talk of quality as we talked about everything - and everybody too. :) but, through my conversation with her I told her when I got there I'd comb her hair and paint her nails and rub lotion on her feet so surely she'd feel better. She smiled and we laughed.

After she passed on I knew in my heart that she would return to me just as the other people in my life - who was close to God - did. No one had to tell me this, somehow I just knew. Then one day it happened. I was laying down - kinda watching a tv show and dozing off for a little after noon nap. I remember closing my eyes and dozing off. What I experienced next was amazing - a testimony for the Lord.

I found myself lying down in a bed in a room - unfamiliar to me yet - familiar - I could not get out of this bed - but, I did see a door to my left - my daughter Destiny was there and she was blurred but, I could see it was her. She was motioning me to come see something in the other room - she opened the door wide and I found myself on the bottom half of the bed - looking through the door she had opened. There I saw was a woman dressed in yellow and white stockings and white shoes - she was vacuuming. Beside her was a man - who was reading a newspaper with one leg crossed - I knew that man was my husband and the woman - who seemed familiar - reminded me of my mother.

I soon found myself laying down again. The door now closed and then it opened again. It was blurry but, the woman came in the room - I saw her image and knew immediately that it was my Mama. She was healthy again, fit, back straight, hair full, beautiful in every way. So happy, she was smiling so brightly and she reached down to hug and kiss me and I said to her Mother I knew you'd come back to me. I've been waiting so long. He smile made me know that she understood what I had said and knew that I wanted to hold her one more time before she left.

In an instant, I awoke - thinking that I had been sleep for some time, I looked immediately at the clock and only 1 minute had passed. I thought how strange was that - I immediately got up and told my husband and family. They heard me but, I don't think they understood what I had experienced. Only me and my mother knew that I wanted to hold her in my arms once again and only Jesus himself could make it happen for us. I am forever grateful and appreciative of all his blessings upon my life.

I pray that his testimony will reach all that need to and may the Glory of God be magnified and Jesus praised.  This is the truth.
